the green of Umbria, in Castelluccio di Norcia, there is the Sibilla
Restaurant - Hotel. There are 16 rooms, each one provided with
bathroom. |

One of the
peculiarities of the hotel is the evocative sight you can enjoy from
the window of some rooms, overlooking the Piano Grande. |

There is a
wide restaurant hall with a very bright veranda. The cooking is
personally attended by Mrs. Rossana, famous for her local
gastronomic specialties, among which we can remember the widely -
known lentils, the castrato, tortelloni with ricotta (a cottage
cheese made of skim milk), and the Sibilla Pasticcio (pasty). |

Within the
whole structure you can find a bar and an ice-cream shop and a
little shop where we sell our local tipical products. More over,
cigarettes and cigars are sold at the bar. |
